Excelebration colt out of a maiden half-sister to a pair of Italian stakes winners. Noted doing good late work when 4L third of 14 to Semoum in novice at Ripon on debut, and looks sure to improve.
By Showcasing out of an unraced half-sister to high-class sprinter/miler Gordon Lord Byron, and sales price rose to £65,000 as a yearling. Bred to be sharp, and market check essential ahead of debut.
Cityscape colt out of a 6f/7f juvenile winner. Yard has had two wins from eight runs in juvenile events in 2018, although none on AW in recent seasons. Still merits consideration if market speaks for him, however.
Gelded son of Mazameer out of a poor maiden, and he didn't show a great deal on debut at Windsor last month. Easy enough to swerve.
Equiano half-brother to 5f/6f winner Hannahs Turn out of a juvenile 6f winner. Already gelded, and yard 0-14 with two-year-old runners this year.
By Iffraaj out of a mare who won on debut here as a two-year-old. Yard gets share of winners on AW, and while newcomers usually need experience, can ready one when required.
Mastercraftsman gelding who cost 38,000gns as a yearling. Related to winners, but bred to excel over further as a three-year-old, and has shaped in kind on first couple of outings.
Swiss Spirit colt out of an unraced mare, and cost £44,000 as a yearling. Not knocked about when 8¾L seventh of 10 to Cool Exhibit in similar event at Nottingham first time up, so likely to do better.
Full-brother to 2-y-o 5f/6f winner Guzman out of a juvenile winner, and represents a powerful yard . Likely type on paper ahead of debut and merits respect accordingly.
Half-brother to several winners from a yard that are always to be respected with their juveniles, and knew his job when just beaten over 7f on debut at Chelmsford. Should still progress, and shortlisted.
Half-sister to several winners, including smart 1m-1m1½f winner Jack Junior, but picked up very cheaply, and offered little on debut at Windsor after a slow start.

Forecasts
Water Diviner (6/4), Barristan The Bold (13/8), Eyelool (7/2), Noble Lineage (6/1), Swissterious (8/1), Brandon (16/1), Umustrememberthis (25/1), Royal Guild (50/1), Chicago Guy (66/1), Jack Louie (66/1), Esque Amore (100/1), Lordsbridge Boy (100/1)
There are some promising sorts in opposition here, with EYELOOL just preferred to Barristan The Bold given that he still seemed rough around the edges when second last time. Water Diviner knew his job on debut at Chelmsford, but should still improve, and enters calculations.
- Eyelool
- Barristan The Bold
- Water Diviner
