Built on promise of previous start when making all to beat Optimistickhill at Nottingham last time, and that form since boosted with wins for pair who chased him home. Sure to go well.
Placed at Carlisle and over C&D last month, and respected on those efforts, but ran poorly upped to 6f at former track last time, and must bounce back.
Successful on firm ground at Ripon (6f) last month, but now 9lb higher and needs to put a below-par effort at Carlisle behind her, with return to 5f not certain to suit (stays 7f).
Presumably needed return/debut for current yard and much improved when scoring gamely over C&D last month from Revenge, although few got into that contest. More required from revised mark.
Front two dominated throughout when he was second to Laith Alareen over C&D last month, and beaten narrowly again over 6f at Thirsk last time. Blinkers replaced by cheekpieces now.
Two AW wins to his name over 5f in March, but below form when 5½L eighth of 9 to Quayside at Haydock last time, and yet to convince he's as effective on turf. Hooded for first time.
Runner-up behind thriving Eeh Bah Gum on handicap bow over C&D last month, and that form franked since. Lost chance at the start next time, and could bounce back if blinkers help him concentrate.
Won a Newcastle nursery for David O'Meara, and best effort in 2018 when 7¼L seventh of 10 to Mutabaahy at Thirsk last time. More required, but given a chance by handicapper.
Midfield in a trio of minor events last year, when not helped by slow starts. Best effort came here, so may be worth a market check on return from nine-month absence.
Modest maiden on balance, but ran well when fourth of 11 to Daffy Jane in handicap at Thirsk last time (wearing cheekpieces for first time). Needs to show he can back that up.
Improved on previous poor form when runner-up at Musselburgh on last month's return, and better than result when fourth to Undercover Brother at Nottingham last time. Could go well at a price.
Not beaten far when seventh of 20 in a 6f nursery here last year, but little form otherwise, and blinkers need to make a big difference.
Much improved when landing a 6f handicap at Catterick on penultimate start (subsequently demoted), and possibly found run coming too soon when running poorly following day. Not ruled out.
Forecasts
Revenge (4/1), Laith Alareen (9/2), Miss Dd (5/1), Loulin (11/2), Undercover Brother (11/2), Warrior's Valley (10/1), Me Before You (10/1), Bonanza Bowls (16/1), Honey Gg (20/1), Money For Luck (25/1), Barney Bullet (33/1), Graphite Girl (50/1), Lina's Star (50/1)
The race which UNDERCOVER BROTHER won at Nottingham last time has been boosted by wins for the second and third, and he's taken to follow up. Honey Gg wasn't disgraced in fourth there, and can outrun likely big odds, with Revenge another to consider having finished a close second on his last two turf starts.
- Undercover Brother
- Revenge
- Honey Gg
