Likes to come from off the pace and needs a good pace to aim at. Has had the habit of late of missing the break which makes life a little tougher. Hasn't won since December but has dropped to a dangerous mark and a player if things fall right.

Won back-to-back races including here towards the back-end of last season. Is now back down to his last winning mark and likes to get on with things and not guaranteed to get his own way up front here. Player if left alone all the same.

Been in terrific form of late and unlucky not to complete the hat-trick at Bath last time when not getting the best of runs. Nudge up another 5lbs here which makes life tougher but thriving sprinters are always dangerous to dismiss and solid claims.

Two runs so far this year and has been beaten a total of 45L. Starting to look well handicapped now but we need to see much more before becoming of interest.

Having first run for five months when slowly into stride and meeting a bit of trouble at Wolverhampton (5f, AW) two weeks ago. He's now 3lbs lower than his last winning mark which makes him dangerous; especially if the market speaks in his favour.

Not the force of old but still capable of a good performance on a going day. Can miss the break which makes life tougher especially from his wide draw. Likely to find a couple too good.

Another that can go forward and ran his best race for some time when finishing second of 12 at Brighton (6f, firm) 10 days ago. Races off the same mark here so every reason to believe he could go well again if getting across from stall 9.

Veteran performer who saves his best now for this surface. Has dropped to a very tempting mark and has managed to bag stall 1. No reason why he won't throw in a better performance back here.

Winning for only the second time in his career when successful at Chelmsford (5f, AW) last month. 4lb rise makes life a little tougher but he's a consistent sort and will give it another good go.

Forecasts

Absolutely Awesome (11/4), Monumental Man (4/1), Bahamian Heights (11/2), Toolatetodelegate (7/1), Entertaining Ben (8/1), Secret Agent (8/1), Impart (10/1), Deer Song (12/1), Hurricane Alert (14/1), Sandfrankskipsgo (20/1)

Verdict

It often pays to follow sprinters in form and TOOLATETODELEGATE was unlucky not to bag the hat-trick last time. She can get back to winning ways here despite the higher mark. Entertaining Ben would be a danger if getting a soft time of things on the lead. Monumental Man is so well handicapped now that he is likely to pop up sooner or later.
