James Tate does well with his three-year-old fillies and LITIGATION is the selection after a much improved effort at Sandown last time in which she's due to go up 2lb when reassessed. Jazeel is also officially "well in" after last week's placed effort. Jetstream disappointed on return to turf last month there was more promise in his latest run and can't be ruled out here.
