It’s interesting that trainer Iain Jardine sends SFUMATO on the long journey from Scotland to South Wales having not had a runner here in the last five years. Gilmer needs no introduction here having won this two years ago and now makes his debut for a new yard. Beau Mistral is dangerous if he bounced back to form off this lowly mark with Swanton Blue worth noting in the market, he might be best caught when he’s fresh.
