There's no reason why Enforcement or Jaycols Star will improve past Weinburg, but on balance that looked a particularly weak race. Chief Justice has his issues and couldn't be advised until the race is well underway, so the vote goes to the Alan King-trained debutante CRACKER FACTORY.
