Into the veteran stages now, has been put in his place this term by the likes of Un De Sceaux, Min and A Toi Phil over 2m1f-2m4f. Much calmer waters here today and should be bang there.
Better chaser than a hurdler and showed that with an emphatic win in Grade 3 company at Killarney (2m4½f, good) last time when making all. That makes him a leading player here and very much respected.
Grade 2 scorer here over C&D in November. Has a little bit to find with Ballyoisin on figures but likely to be bang there once again.
Won a handicap at Down Royal off a mark of 129 last month and couldn't follow-up off a 6lb higher mark. That makes this a stiff ask against a few of these and minor role likely.
Thyestes winner in 2017 at Gowran Park but a string of sub-standard efforts since often characterised by jumping errors. Needs a big reversal in fortunes.
Not won since 2015 and has been struggling to land any sort of blow of late. Again beaten a very long way a here over 2m last time. Needs a rapid upturn in fortunes to take a hand.
Third of five in the Grade 3 Imperial Call chase at Cork last month before winning on the Flat at Clonmel last month. Has the ability to rustle a few feathers in here and not discounted.
Beaten 70L on handicap debut in a Wexford in October before being pulled up at Navan next time. Likely to find this very tough going indeed.

Forecasts
Ballyoisin (4/6), Woodland Opera (5/1), Ballycasey (7/1), Champagne West (9/1), Wounded Warrior (10/1), Val De Ferbet (12/1), Drumconnor Lad (20/1), Shadow Catcher (33/1), Vodka Society (150/1)
Woodland Opera won a Grade 2 round here back in November but is possibly better over that sort of trip. Ballycasey is into the veteran stage now but has been mixing it it at the top table and will appreciate these calmer water. They may all struggle to cope with BALLYOISIN, who won with some authority last time in a Grade 3 and may take some catching.
