Some decent efforts last autumn but disappointed on seasonal debut having been gelded during the off season. Others make more appeal.
Finished runner-up on three of his four starts since winning over this trip at Wolverhampton in March. One for the shortlist despite a 3lb rise for his latest second.
Successful over the minimum distance at Newcastle at the end of March. Held in two subsequent outings including back on her return to turf last time.
Sole victory came on the AW last September. Struggled in two outings since joining this stable and probably best watched at present.
in good form this spring prior to disappointing in a first time visor (usual blinkers return here) last time out. Interesting if putting that latest effort behind him.
Signs of ability in maiden and novice company but held on handicap debut over 5f at Beverley (good-to-firm) last time and more needed in this contest.
Struggled in three starts last autumn and probably best watched on her handicap debut following seven months off the track.
Finished third over C&D on good-to-soft when making her seasonal debut in April. Found like tough in a novice contest subsequently and return to handicaps should see her in a better light.
Well beaten on all three outings in novice contests last autumn. Stable are in good form at present (4/14) and she is worth a check in the market now switched to handicaps.
Improved effort when finishing sixth on handicap debut at Ayr (6f, good-to-firm) last time. More needed if he's to take this from out of the handicap.
Forecasts
Mutabaahy (13/8), Revenge (9/2), Liamba (5/1), Fink Hill (13/2), French Silk (10/1), Cherry Oak (14/1), Mardy Gras (16/1), Symphonic (28/1), Swiss Marlin (33/1), Lina's Star (50/1)
The second division of the three-year-old sprint handicap can go to REVENGE who can leave a disappointing effort in a first time visor behind him by recording a second career success on his return to turf. Prior to that the selection been in good form and he can see off Mutabaahy who has placed in similar contests to this the last twice. Liamba remains unexposed in handicaps and can claim third.
