Son of Kodicac cost £85,000 as a yearling and only went down by the narrowest of margins on debut in a good looking contest. Stable going well with their juveniles and should go close again.
Zebedee colt. Dam was a maiden sprinter and a half-sister to smart 7f winner Dream Castle. Was sent off at huge odds and tailed off on debut and remains one to oppose.
Showcasing colt cost 85,000 gns at the sales last October and was very forward on debut when travelling strongly and quickening well behind a horse with a good run behind him. Sets the standard to beat.
Daughter of Slade Power who went unsold as a two-year-old. Stable's runners tend to improve for their debut and she showed plenty of promise when making some late progress in a big field. Can be involved with likely improvement.
Forecasts
Soldier's Call (8/15), Blyton (7/4), Pacino (14/1), Baby Steps (33/1), Princess Power (33/1), Sing Bertie (150/1)
SOLDIER'S CALL was impressive behind a smart sort on debut which was backed up by a good time. He could be hard to beat on his second start while Blyton rates a serious danger after the narrowest of debut defeats. Pacino should be better for his debut while Princess Power was running on first-time out and shouldn't be underestimated.
