Sole win was on soft (5f) at Chepstow this time last year. Comfortably held on both previous tries over this far, but decent effort to close in a Leicester claimer (7f) last time. Acts on the ground. Stamina still to prove.
Has run two or three decent races in similarly low grade affairs, including at Brighton (7f, good to firm) last month. Below that form at Bath last time but good draw and 4lb drop going into this make her of interest.
Yet to fully prove himself over this far, but ran well over 7f in first-tie visor at Chepstow last time, handles the ground, and from 1lb lower he can't be ruled out of the prizes.
Well below his best when last on his debut for this trainer at Bath (1m, firm) last month. 5lb drop will help and there are several pieces of form that make him interesting from this mark.
50-1 on her handicap debut at Beverley (7½f, good to firm) last month and was doing her best work at the finish there. 4lb drop looks positive as far as her chance goes and she has each-way claims.
Can be given a chance from this mark based on a couple of runs at Newcastle in December/January for James Ewart, but out of sorts when last seen and now makes turf debut for this trainer. Probably best watched.
0-17. Below par in all three recent runs but has previously been effective from higher marks than this. Bit to prove, but not written off.
Was last, beaten 20L on his recent Ripon reappearance (6f, good to firm). Has stamina to prove now stepped up to this trip for the first time. Stable in form, so may be capable of improved effort but has it to do from wide draw.
Well beaten in all starts so far and not sure that the step up to this trip is what he really wants.
Moderate performer who was at least keeping on over 7f last time, suggesting that there may be more to come now stepped up to 1m for this turf debut. Represents top stable and any support would be interesting, though drawn wide.
This mark looks attractive based on her Ripon run (1m, good) in novices' company last August, but she has been well below that twice since, including on her reappearance. Not written off now back over 1m on fast ground.
Has not yet got competitive in four starts on the All Weather. Makes her turf debut in first-time blinkers and after a 3lb drop, but has plenty to prove.
Yet to make the frame from 11 starts. Would have a chance of doing so if back in the sort of form she showed at Redcar two starts ago, but needs to bounce back after her latest effort at Bath.

Straight Ash (9/4), Macho Mover (7/2), Foxrush Take Time (4/1), Wilde Oscar (6/1), Racehorse (7/1), Aliento (15/2), Mafdet (14/1), Rock On Bertie (16/1), Political Slot (16/1), Leahcar (25/1), Foxy's Spirit (28/1), Kylie Style (28/1), Miss Mollie (33/1), Stopwatch (33/1), Silvington (33/1), The Gingerbreadman (66/1)
A very tough race to call and the suggestion is SILVINGTON, who makes some appeal from this mark based on several previous efforts. Foxy's Spirit is also of that ilk, while money for Wilde Oscar would be interesting. Rock On Bertie, Aliento, Racehorse and Foxrush Take Time can also all have some sort of case made for them.
- Silvington
- Racehorse
- Foxy's Spirit
