Her debut second at Ascot looks to be very strong form and she made no mistake next time scoring with authority at Thirsk (5f good to firm). More to do under a penalty but rates as a major player.
Unraced Kodiac colt who cost €55,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to various winners (1m-1m4f); out of a 7f winning dam, so might well find this quick 5f trip to be an inadequate test.
Lope De Vega colt who cost €130,000 as a yearling, and offered much encouragement for the future when finishing just over 2L fourth to Charming Kid on debut at York (5f good to firm) last month; minimal improvement required.
Posted a solid effort on debut at Newmarket (5f good to firm) when a runner up to Konchek, but didn't quite appear to see out the extra furlong at Newbury next time (8/11f). In the mix back over the minimum trip.
Unraced second foal by Bungle Inthejungle out of a 7f winning French dam (Blue Sparkle). Cost £20,000 at the breeze ups, but faces a stiff introduction to racing tonight.
Stablemate of Fly The Nest, but despite making the frame on debut at Yarmouth last month (6f good to firm), was beaten almost 8L and looks to be the number two contender from the Charlie Appleby stable.
Cost £95,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to five winners including Haikbidiac (5f-6f). Stable have done well with their juveniles, and this Zebedee colt wasn't disgraced on debut at Newbury (6f), being closely matched with Fly The Nest.
Unraced sixth foal by Gale Force Ten out of the 5f winner Let Me Shine. Half-brother to various sprint winners including Mayleaf Shine (5f) and Coto (5f), but another who faces a tough introduction to racing.
Kodiac filly who cost €105,000 as a foal and 120,000 gns as a yearling. Very much a case of back to the drawing board after losing all chance with a clueless break from the stalls on debut at York last month; held by Duke Of Hazzard.
Hellvelyn filly who doesn't lack for an early turn of foot, but shouldn't be good enough in this company judged upon her opening couple of efforts at Bath (5f).
Unraced second foal by Gregorian out of a Sakhee's Secret mare (Reveille). Represents leading connections who are no stranger to a Windsor winner, but cost just 3,000 gns as a foal (16,000 as a yearling), so that's off-putting in this contest.

Queen Of Bermuda (11/10), Leading Spirit (7/2), Fly The Nest (4/1), Duke Of Hazzard (7/1), Mykindofsunshine (10/1), Leoube (25/1), Ragstone Cowboy (25/1), Chuck Willis (33/1), Perfectly (66/1), Khorramshahr (66/1), Maid From The Mist (100/1), Twilight In Paris (150/1)
A decent juvenile contest which could yield some potential Royal Ascot clues. Fly The Nest is the pick of the Charlie Appleby/Godolphin pair, and he should relish the drop back to 5f, whilst Duke Of Hazzard only requires minimal improvement in order to have a major say after a solid debut effort at York. However, QUEEN OF BERMUDA rates as a confident selection with her debut defeat by the exciting Shades Of Blue having taken plenty of boosts since, and although she didn't need to improve to score authoritatively at Thirsk, she took her chance well in the style of a very straightforward filly.
- Queen Of Bermuda
- Duke Of Hazzard
- Mykindofsunshine
