Hold an entry in the G2 Duke Of Cambridge and looked smart when winning on debut on fibresand. Beaten at long odds-on at the same track when getting warm beforehand. Needs to bounce back and stable struggling for winners.

Ganayem21

11/10
Daughter of Frankel cost $900,000 as a yearling and looked very smart in winning her second start which was backed up by a high speed rating. Seemed to enjoy the quick ground which poses the one question mark here.

Two solid runs so far and did improve from debut despite being a beaten favourite on her second start. More required though and has shaped as though she'll need further still once she qualifies for handicaps.

Dark Angel filly cost 200,000 gns and has raced to a similar level in both starts. Battled on gamely last time and should be suited by step back up in distance. Should be involved.

Camelot filly who cost €31,000 and progressed first to second start last year. Needs to learn to settle better but there should be more to come this season possibly over further than this.

Half-sister to nine winners and starts over a suitable distance. Market should prove the best guide.

Well held in both starts to date showing a similar level of form. Future probably lies in handicaps.

Daughter of Iffraaj and dam was a two-year-old winner. Stable in decent form and one to note in the market on debut.

Age: 3|  Weight: 8-10| J: Tom Marquand| T: C Hills
25/1
Daughter of Oasis Dream, out of a Pivotal mare and makes a debut for an in-form stable. Market support would be interesting. Stable also run Time For A Toot.

Stablemate of Tafawoq and likewise a daughter of Oasis Dream. Cost 100,000 gns as a yearling and another who should be noted in the betting.

Has shown ability in last two starts and will be suited by step back up in trip. Place possibilities once again.

Made a pleasing debut third in a maiden and shaped as though she'll appreciate this extra distance. Likely to improve and could be involved. Stable also run Proceed.

Forecasts

Ganayem (11/10), Wilbury Twist (3/1), Move Swiftly (7/2), Victory Wave (7/1), Why We Dream (10/1), Dolcissimo (12/1), Freckles (16/1), Bedwyyah (16/1), Contrive (25/1), Tafawoq (25/1), Sweet Lady Rose (25/1), Time For A Toot (33/1), Dream Of Camelot (33/1), Sajanjl (50/1), Proceed (50/1), Koshi (66/1)

Verdict

There's a number of smartly bred newcomers for leading stables but unless there is significant support for any it should pay to stick with those with experience as there's some good form on offer here. It's hard to split or fault the very exciting wins of GANAYEM and Move Swiftly as both looked well above average and much will depend on who handles the ground the best. At least we know Wilbury Twist does appreciate give in the ground and her debut suggested there's more to come at this distance.
  1. Ganayem
  2. Move Swiftly
  3. Wilbury Twist
