Verdict

Red Island sets the standard on his Newmarket debut. However, having become unbalanced entering the dip there are concerns how he will handle these undulations. FAST ENDEAVOUR has enough speed in the pedigree to be a worthy alternative and the trainer has had some success with this age group in 2018. A similar mark applies to Archie Watson who saddles Izvestia, but she is bred to be better suited by further as is Pot Luck.
