Course winner over fences here recently over a slightly shorter trip although he did well given that he was held up in steadily run race. Record here reads 231 so obviously likes the place and respected under a penalty.
Lightly-raced sort these days and his infrequent visits to the track look as though he's a hard sort to train. Has won over hurdles but his recent chasing debut wasn't anything to get excited about.
His chasing debut looked quite promising (travelled well) when he was third at Worcester recently. Given his previous hurdling form this mark doesn't look to testing for him and he should be competitive in this.
Course winner here in testing conditions but his form of late hasn't matched that particular run. His chasing debut resulted in him taking a heavy fall so he might be best watched here with his confidence damaged.
Best effort for his current connections when taking 4th at Worcester recently stepping forward on his previous form for them (well supported). Mark has fallen 21lb since joining this yard and potentially well handicapped now.
Shaped far better than his final placing/distance beaten on his chase debut last time out. Was a fairly useful hurdler and looks as though he could make up into the same sort over fences given this run.
Switches to chasing having only won a small field novice hurdle last year; form since then has been very in-and-out. Has looked well out of sorts on his last two hurdles runs after a break and hard to build a case for him.
Failed to complete over fences on his last two attempts over them and he does have some reasonable hurdles form to his name without winning since he was chasing last. Pulled-up when last seen and remains a slightly risky proposition.
Long time since she has really offered much as a jumper and three relatively quick runs off the back of a monster lay-off don't really appear to have suited. Now makes her chasing debut and not hard to pass her over.
Again shaped a little better than the bare result when finishing 5th over C&D last time (probably did too much too soon). Runs from out of the handicap back from a break having had wind surgery; stable debut.

Great Tempo (4/1), State The Obvious (4/1), Gone Platinum (4/1), Le Curieux (6/1), Cornish Warrior (8/1), Tudors Treasure (8/1), Welsh Designe (11/1), Demographic (12/1), On Alberts Head (14/1), Minella Gathering (16/1), Miner Distraction (20/1)
The 7lb penalty that Gone Platinum carries is to a certain extent negated by the claim of top conditional James Bowen and having shown a liking for this course he’s expected to go well again. GREAT TEMPO moved well through his race last time and given his hurdling form he looks to be on a very good mark here. The same could be said of Le Curieux who is another who looks well handicapped now although his chasing run last time wasn’t as taking as that of the selection. State The Obvious is another that can stake a claim here.
