Put a disappointing effort behind her when finishing fourth at Kempton over this trip last time out. Looking for her first success in this contest.
Maiden after ten starts and disappointing in two starts since finishing third at Bath (good) over an extended 5f earlier this month.
Dual winner on the AW earlier this year and ran well at a big price when 3L fourth at Yarmouth (6f, firm) recently. One to note racing off the same mark.
Best effort this year when finishing a neck second over 6f at Chepstow (soft) at the start of this month. Wears cheekpieces for the first time.
Good effort in finishing third at Bath (1m, firm) on his return from a break recently. Drop in trip shouldn't inconvenience too much.
Victorious by a head at Wolverhampton last month. Could finish only fourth upped to 1m at Yarmouth (soft) subsequently and likely to appreciate this return to 7f.
Placed in a seller over 6f at Wolverhampton last August but held on final two starts of the season. Probably best watched on seasonal debut.
Third of six in a soft ground 6f contest at Chepstow last time out. Visor fitted and tackling this trip for just the second time.
Struggled in five outings so far including in handicap company the last twice. Returning from nearly five months off the track.
Ran well to finish runner-up over C&D on good-to-firm ground earlier this month. Similar conditions forecast here and a repeat of that should see her go close.
Placed on two of her last three starts most recently when finishing one place behind River Rule over C&D last time out. Likely to run well once more.
Forecasts
Medici Oro (11/4), River Rule (9/2), Gainsay (5/1), Quick Recovery (13/2), Following Breeze (8/1), Duba Plains (12/1), Felstead Knight (12/1), Diamond Express (14/1), Shoyd (14/1), Watch Tan (33/1), Ede's A Winner (33/1)
QUICK RECOVERY made a pleasing return to the turf when fourth last time out and she can step up on that by taking this competitive opening contest stepping up in trip. The selection has had just two previous attempts at this distance and can get the better of Diamond Express, runner-up last time out in this event. River Rule finished second here last time and she can register another placing while Following Breeze, a stablemate of the selection is another to consider.
- Quick Recovery
- Diamond Express
- River Rule
