Pulled up over C&D last month on heavy going, ran better race since at Ludlow on decent ground (third) and could hold similar claims back up in trip with new cheekpieces added.
Just the one win in 17 starts, very well handicapped these days and trip/ground both look fine but some moderate efforts do need forgiving. Yard always capable of landing a touch so have a look in the market for a clue.
Won over fences at Exeter (2m3f, good to firm) in April 2017 but efforts since have been very laboured. Has undergone wind surgery since disappointing Kempton run last month (2m5f, soft).
Beaten less than a length on handicap debut at Taunton last time, and despite being 5lb higher she looked a different horse over a longer trip and should go well again here for champion jockey.
Unseated early at Towcester this month, has jumped poorly and maintained a less than straightforward attitude so far, he needs to settle better to be seen to any effect.
Was returning from a break when putting up a poor show at Exeter last month on first start for this yard over similar trip. Plenty to work on after that run, including jumping.
Yet to pose a credible threat in eight starts under rules, handicap mark is sinking as a result but may need to go down further still.
Just two runs for this yard, was backed into favouritism over fences at Fontwell in December but ran poorly, better effort in third at Taunton (3m, soft) in February over timber. 3lb higher now but can go well on that showing.
Both career wins over hurdles have come here, over 2m/2m4f, but best efforts have always come with some give underfoot and seems unlikely to get that. Ran well here last time (2m6f, heavy).
Exposed performer has yet to trouble the judge in 15 starts, running only twice since December 2016. Went off 100/1 chance in Hereford novice event in March and came home in his own time. Stiff ask again.
Sole hurdles success came in December 2013 at Taunton, has endured some lengthy absences since and was poor at that venue in March when last spotted. Hard to support 10-year-old off same mark today.
Has produced a couple of flickers of light this year in four runs, twice making the frame at Wincanton and Bangor over shorter trips. First-time blinkers on now and, while 5lb wrong on these terms, could threaten if improving on better ground.

Anndarrow looked an improved sort for the step up in distance on handicap bow last time and is perfectly entitled to go close once more under Richard Johnson despite going up 5lb. The market is likely to reflect that chance and so it might be worth siding with STAUNTON, who has attracted market support in both starts for this trainer and showed enough over timber at Taunton last time to suggest a challenge could be likely here on better ground. Plenty of these have a bit to prove and Kayf Tiger is one of them, but he's shown better form since joining this trainer and if he can translate the improvement to this better surface, he could take some place money home.
