Still yet to win since taking a juvenile hurdle on racecourse debut, but not disgraced on chasing debut at Uttoxeter last time out and should improve for this longer trip.
Beat Voix D'Eau at Market Rasen this time last year. Well-beaten twice since but may have needed the run on return from absence since.
Not the most prolific of winners, but just 1lb above his sole winning mark over fences and ground possibly against him when last of all on most recent completed start at Market Rasen in April.
Winner on his first start for this yard at Kempton last time out on soft ground, and is up 7lb here. That's a fair rise, but ground softer than good would likely see him to best effect.
C&D winner and good enough for this standard of race at his best, but mostly poor efforts over the past year (with one or two exceptions) and needs to bounce back in first-time cheek pieces.
Handicap chase form hasn't exactly been the best so far, though based on the form he's shown in beginners/novice company he should be able to operate off this mark if getting his conditions (further rain preferable).
Hinted at a return to form at Cartmel two starts back over hurdles, but recent chase from leaves him with plenty to find here.
First run since last October here, off a mark which looks too high for him and generally much better over further than this; best watched.

Diable De Sivola (2/1), Voix D'Eau (11/4), Marquis Of Carabas (9/2), Conna Cross (6/1), I'dliketheoption (13/2), Flying Eagle (8/1), Casino Markets (10/1), Newton Geronimo (10/1), Fort Gabriel (12/1), Lord Ballim (14/1), Mont Royale (14/1)
Despite not having won since his first run in a juvenile hurdle, DIABLE DE SIVOLA ran fairly well on chase debut last time over a trip which is too short for him, and with progression over fences likely this longer distance could see him return to winning ways. He can see off older rivals including recent Southwell third Voix D'Eau, as well as Newton Geronimo.
