A bit of Southwell specialist with six of his seven wins coming at that course. Ran okay at Newcastle when last seen but yet to score on turf and others preferred.
Two-time C&D winner who still retains plenty of ability. Ran well here last time despite a slow start and while that trait is a bit of a habit of his these days, he's on a workable mark and capable of going well.
Gained a first win since his debut success at Chepstow in September. Has disappointed on two outings this year though and others are probably better handicapped.
Unsuccessful on his first 11 starts but has won two of his last three races and stayed on well to get up at Newcastle when last seen. Needs to prove he can be as effective on turf.
Won a Windsor handicap from a 5lb higher mark last summer for his previous yard but he's been a little disappointing since that run and others look more likely.
Has won three of his last five starts including last time out when an impressive winner at Kempton. Just 3lb higher here and versatile with regards ground. Leading player.
Won twice last summer and was only narrowly beaten in a C&D handicap at the Glorious Goodwood meeting. Has been very disappointing since though and while he's back below his last winning handicap mark, he has a fair bit to prove at present.
Well beaten in two runs for current stable including in the Spring Mile and hasn't won since his debut. Dropped to a really good mark and the drop in trip could be a positive but has a bit to prove after shaping as if amiss on latest start.
Has won three of his 23 starts and ran well at Salisbury on return having finished off 2017 with a good run at Ascot. Step back up in trip should suit and ought to run well here.
A winner on his fourth start in 2016 in a conditions race here but has failed to win since and not shaped like a return to the winners' enclosure is imminent any time soon. Engaged here Thursday.

DOURADO is an interesting runner and he's taken to win this with the expectation he's ready to go on his return. Another Boy is an interesting runner after a good effort over an unsuitable trip last time. Pastoral Player may be a veteran but he has a good record here and retains abliity.
