Won a selling hurdle at Fakenham in February and was far from disgraced in better company next time. Will find this easier and is a C&D winner, ground should be fine and in a weak event, has to be considered.

Doesn't look the easiest of rides but did a little better at Chepstow last time, the wind surgery possibly aiding her effort there. Goes into handicaps tonight, and whilst not one for maximum faith, has a chance if this step up in trip works.

Only 1lb higher than her Fakenham win at the turn of the year (heavy ground) and held her form well during the winter, but appears to have now gone off the boil. May want softer ground and others preferred.

Attracted a bit of support at big prices at Stratford last time and ran better to finish fifth. Needs good ground and looks very well treated on her Flat form. Drops in grade here too and one to be interested in.

Lovely chasing type that should do better over the bigger obstacles, has shown ability a couple of times and gets cheekpieces refitted for her handicap debut here. Upped in trip, which should suit. Not ruled out.

Good looker but became very disappointing after a couple of early efforts and new yard don't seem to be doing any better with her. Hopes pinned on wind surgery and a first time tongue-tie here. Very risky now.

Already coming down the weights after finishing down the field in a couple of handicaps, although wasn't disgraced at Kempton last time. Needs a bit more, which she may find on this better ground, so not ruled out.

She's not the biggest and might be finding that lack of size against her, as she hasn't looked like winning yet. Early days, so may do better, but an unseat last time won't have helped confidence either.

Out of her depth at Cheltenham last time and will find this easier, not disgraced at Kempton the time before (at a big price) and with a good jockey booking in Aidan Coleman, might improve a little today.

In very good hands but in truth she's shown very little and there's more letters than numbers in her form. Hopes now pinned on a first-time hood but she's a lot to prove now.

Placed a couple of times off low marks in handicap hurdles but missed the whole of last season, which suggests she's had issues. Well enough handicapped if ready to go, so any support for her needs noting.

An awful lot of duck eggs by her name rather tells it's own story and she looked very hard work at Taunton when last seen. With an excellent trainer that may yet find the key to her, but she's very risky at present.

Has faced some impossible tasks in novice hurdles but in truth hasn't shown much. Handicapper gives her a basement mark to work from for her handicap debut here, but even so, others are far more persuasive.

Verdict

There's room to improve for a few of these, and none more so than VISAGE BLANC, well named due to her big white face. She caught the eye at Stratford last time, seemingly doing a bit better after a wind operation, and a better run was expected as she was nibbled at at big prices. Another step forward may be forthcoming here and she can score. Floramoss is capable in this class and should get a slice of the prizemoney. Gold Bonne Raine and Ilovemints both warrant a look in the market.
