Disappointed on return to the fray when finishing 10th of 12 beaten 73L at the Punchestown festival last month possibly needing the run. Much better form in smaller fields.
Thyestes winner in 2017 at Gowran Park but a string of sub-standard efforts since often characterised by jumping errors. Needs a big reversal in fortunes.
Won a 2m4f chase at Gowran Park in February but has disappointed since in two starts since including last month at Punchestown as beaten favourite. Yard in fine form and market likely to be best guide.
Was looking to build on a promising second of 10 at Downpatrick on return to the track following a break when unseating in a Punchestown handicap chase last month over 3m6f at the festival. Not easily dismissed.
Improved 18lb in a rock-solid campaign of summer jumping winning two starts at Clonmel and at Punchestown. No impression and no extra before the last on return from a break at the Punchestown festival last month. Possibly needed the run.
Has failed to build on a promising win in a Clonmel beginners chase in February in two handicap chase starts since. Market likely to be the best guide to chances.
No impression before two out on return to the track following a long lay-off in a Tramore chase over 2m5f last month finishing second of six beaten 4½L. Market likely to be best guide.
Commands respect winning two of his last three starts since February including success in the cross country chase at the Punchestown festival. May find a couple better out of his cross country comfort zone.
Rock-solid performer over a summer jumping campaign running well without winning. Will have disappointed connections on return to the track beaten 104L in the Grade 3 Imperial Call chase at Cork. Has work to do in this company.
Pulled up on her last start at Clonmel in November 2017 (runner up in that Listed contest the previous year). Hard to know what to make of her at present and seemingly best suited by good ground.
Has regressed from his initial chase mark and has been well beaten/pulled up on his last two starts over the larger obstacles in November and December. Looks up against it here.
Forecasts
Auvergnat (2/1), A Sizing Network (6/1), Some Neck (8/1), Sandymount Duke (8/1), Augustin (8/1), All Hell Let Loose (10/1), Tulsa Jack (10/1), Icantsay (16/1), The Winkler (16/1), Champagne West (16/1), Thanks For Tea (20/1)
The Gigginstown House Stud ALL HELL LET LOOSE can come on for his promising second of six on return to the track at Tramore last month and can run a big race here with Sizing Network who is another who can come on for a run at Punchestown last month. The unreliable Willie Mullins-trained Some Neck can fill the final place.
- All Hell Let Loose
