Arguable how much strength in depth that there is here and although Eula Varner rarely makes it to the track the suspicion remains that if she settles she is capable of winning something like this. See The Sea appears to have the best form on show so far and her front-running tactics could be seen to good use around here. Eve Johnson Houghton has made a very solid start to the season and a chance is taken with her VIXEN in this having won at Salisbury in October she still looks well treated off a mark of 59. Caledonia Duchess has yet to win a race but she showed some promise last time and if she handles this quicker ground may progress again.
