Signs of ability when sixth in a bumper but finished 25L seventh in a first time hood (absent here) on Flat debut at Wetherby (1m2f, soft) recently.

Shaped as if this step up in trip would suit when finishing a promising fourth over 1m at Kempton on debut back in November. One for the shortlist on seasonal debut.

Short of room early on and ran green when finishing well beaten over 1m on debut at Chelmsford last November. Interesting to see how she fares in this contest.

Finished 1L second at Newbury (1m, soft) on the second of two two-year-old starts last October. Promising fourth over this trip in a race won by a useful looking rival at Newbury (good-to-soft) on seasonal debut last month.

Unraced daughter of Swiss Spirit bought for £28,000 at the sales as a yearling. Dam was placed over 6f as a three-year-old and market support would be interesting on debut.

Forecasts

Expensive Liaison (5/4), Rococo (11/4), Burgonet (6/1), Blue Reflection (7/1), Cape Liberty (14/1), Ilikeyoualot (20/1), Alexis Carrington (25/1), Miss Alfie Rose (50/1), Lots Ov (100/1), Echo Beat (100/1)

Verdict

Hugo Palmer comes into this race in good form (5/23) and his EXPENSIVE LIAISON who ran well in a useful looking maiden on seasonal debut is taken to get off the mark at the fourth time of asking in this fillies contest. Blue Reflection caught the eye when filling the same position on her sole start at two and she can take second ahead of Rococo who represents a leading yard here.
