Winner on debut over C&D on good-to-firm ground in August and respectable efforts in three subsequent starts. Gelded during the winter and he is one for the shortlist on handicap and seasonal debut.
Novice winner over 6f at Southwell in March and finished a respectable third over an extended 5f at Bath (good) subsequently. Races off a 2lb lower mark in this contest.
Bidding to complete a hat-trick following to wins over this distance at Southwell earlier this year. Races off a mark 4lb higher than for her latest success and interesting to see if she's as effective back on turf.
Heavy ground maiden winner over 6f at Haydock last September and has placed on both handicap starts so far this year. One to note but would appreciate any overnight rain.
Placed on all three starts at two most recently when third over 6f at Redcar (soft) in October. Making his handicap and seasonal debut in this contest.
Successful on good-to-soft ground over this trip at Catterick in September. Well held over this C&D on seasonal debut recently and races off a mark 10lb higher than for that Catterick victory.
Ripon handicap winner on good-to-firm ground in September and made a pleasing seasonal debut when 3L third at Ripon (6f, soft) last month. Return to 5f looks likely to suit.
Sole success in 11 starts came in a novice contest at Hamilton (5f, good-to-firm) last June. Well held sixth on return to turf at Doncaster recently and others make more appeal.
Promising debut over this trip on the AW at Lingfield in November but disappointing since and finished a held fourth on stable and handicap debut at Newcastle in March. More needed on turf debut.
Ended his two-year-old campaign with a victory over this trip at Wolverhampton in December. Raised just 1lb for that success and he is making his debut for a new yard following a break.
Forecasts
Big Brave Bob (5/2), Feebs (11/4), Wrenthorpe (6/1), Life For Rent (8/1), Equitant (10/1), Undercover Brother (14/1), Mosseyb (16/1), Magic Pulse (16/1), Tiger Lyon (20/1), Bahuta Acha (25/1)
EQUITANT is taken to make a winning handicap and seasonal debut on his first start since being gelded. The selection is a C&D winner already having won here on debut and looks capable of getting the better of Feebs who's best form has come on a surface softer than is forecast here. Magic Pulse was in good form on the AW during the winter and she can finish third on her return to turf.
