Will have disappointed powerful connections in three career starts to date including last month on seasonal debut at Leopardstown over this trip. Can go close in this company.

Top stable acquired this Mount Nelson filly for relatively small money, closely related to useful winner Rocky Bleier. Promising second of 11 on debut last month and sure to impove here.

Galileo filly and a half-sister to Listed level winner Lucky Kristale. Pushed along before halfway on debut in a Curragh maiden over 1m in July. May set the fractions here.

Rip Van Winkle filly, half-sister to three winners including Blaze Of Hearts, a winner over this trip. Very green on debut when particularly slowly away at Limerick. Needs to leave that effort behind.

Well beaten and never nearer in two career starts in October. Will possibly need the run on return to the track and plenty to prove.

Filly by Raven's Pass out of a Dansili mare related to money spinners Blue Wave, Secret Number and recent Wetherby winner Air Raid. Never troubled leaders on debut when third of nine here in March.

Camelot filly cost €320,000 as a yearling, well held in 1m maidens at the Curragh and Gowran Park in the autumn. Not much to shout about in two career starts to date and others preferred.

Expected to come on for 'green' run on debut eventually going down by 1L behind Raintree and stablemate Shareva. Market likely to be best guide.

Vocalised filly is a sister to 1m1½f winner Vitalized out of an unraced dam. Disappointing on debut when eighth of 13 never nearer at Limerick last month.

Forecasts

Samasthiti (7/2), Athena (7/2), Simiyna (4/1), Queen Iseult (6/1), Epaneema (7/1), Comeragh Haze (8/1), Attack At Dawn (12/1), Flattering (14/1), Passing Trade (16/1), Volatile Lady (25/1), Liffeydale Dreamer (25/1), Nkhata Bay (50/1), Mijul Trail (50/1), Graceless Lady (66/1)

Verdict

ATHENA can be expected to come on for her seasonal return at Leopardstown last month when finishing fourth of eight beaten over 7L over this trip possibly taking advantage of the greenness shown by Simiyna on debut at Leopardstown recently. The John Oxx-trained Mount Nelson filly Comeragh Haze and Irish Oaks entry - both second on debut - are both worth serious consideration here.

  3. Samasthiti
