Cost 320,000 gns as a foal, but was sold on cheaply (unraced) for just 1,500 gns in July 2017. Racecourse appearances have left a bit to be desired and looks set for a minor role once more.
Won on debut at Newmarket last year before fair efforts in Group company including Cheveley Park last time. This is likely to be a stepping stone onto better things this year and should be tough to beat.
190,000 gns Breeze-Up purchase. Looked like he would come on for the run when making debut at Newmarket (1m, good) two weeks ago. Possibly raced on the wrong side of the track that day and can be marked up for that effort. Should do better.
Dark Angel colt who cost 500,000 gns as a yearling. Just one start last year when slowly away and ran green at Kempton (6f, AW). Type to do better this year and market a useful guide.
Cost 65,000 gns as a yearling and made an encouraging start when second on debut at Kemoton (6f, AW) in November. Will need to step up on that to take a hand but improvement is entirely possible for powerful connections.
Big prices and well beaten on two starts so far. Handicaps likely to be more her bag after this.
Forecasts
Dragon Moon (5/6), Crossing The Line (3/1), Lashabeeh (7/2), Eraad (8/1), Amaranth (50/1), Bambajee (50/1), Legal Mind (100/1), Black Lace (100/1)
Some expensive purchases in here and some potential. There should be better to come from Dragon Moon, Eraad and Lashabeeh this term who all have significant potential to improve. They may all struggle to get the better of CROSSING THE LINE though who won on debut last year and was far from disgraced in Group company afterwards. She can take this on route to better things.
