Horse A-Z
Winged Love mare from a good jumping family. Looked a long-term prospect when keeping-on 13½ lengths sixth of 10 to Tintangle in mares maiden bumper at Down Royal in March.
Maiden pointer. Better effort over hurdles when 19¾ lengths fourth of 18 to Moonlight Escape in mares maiden here on debut, but well held at Tramore subsequently.

Sports the Danoli silks, but has an ordinary pedigree, and failed to finish when making bumper debut at Kilbeggan a year ago. No appeal.

Has plenty of winners in her pedigree, and ran quite well in first two bumpers at Aintree and Limerick. Well held fourth of five at Leopardstown when last seen in December, but this is easier.
Millenary mare from family of Grand National runner-up Blue Charm (dam unraced). Likely to need time, and others more appealing.
By Mustameet out of a point winner, and making a belated debut under rules. Fitting of a hood raises some concerns, and easy enough to look elsewhere.
By So You Think out of a 7f-1¼m winner. Speedier sort on pedigree than most of these, and market check essential on debut for shrewd handler.
Beneficial filly out of a winning hurdler from immediate family of Best Mate. In excellent hands for bumper debut, and makes plenty of appeal on paper.
Stoutly bred, being by Witness Box out of an unraced Milan mare. Likely to need a stiffer test in time, but merits a market check.
Kalanisi filly who was in last place when unseating on her sole start between the flags last month. Sire a good source of bumper winners, but not easy to support.

Ask half-sister to a winning pointer, but looked very limited when pulled up over hurdles here in March, and makes no appeal on that evidence.

Out of a sister to Grade 1 hurdle winner Pingshou, and dam has already produced a winner in this sphere by Flemensfirth. Tongue tie sounds a warning, but makes plenty of appeal otherwise.
Flemensfirth filly who looked a stayer when plugging on for fifth at Ballinrobe last month on bumper debut, and looks more of a long-term prospect.
From family of Harbour Pilot (twice placed in Gold Cup), and some promise when mid-field in valuable George Mernagh Memorial Sales Bumper at Fairyhouse last month. Sure to improve.

Forecasts

The Caddy Rose (7/2), Emily Moon (4/1), Hollow Crest (9/2), Roney (7/1), Cailean's Angel (10/1), Bonnie Blue Flag (16/1), Milldawn (16/1), Glen Eilidh (18/1), Sizing Malbay (20/1), Amber Wings (20/1), She'samust (33/1), Final Witness (50/1), Onemoreask (66/1), Dantess (66/1)

Verdict

The standard set by Hollow Crest is fair at best, and this should go to a newcomer, with the flat-bred BONNIE BLUE FLAG making most appeal. Roney and Emily Moon are others debutantes to consider given their pedigree and connections, and are taken to complete the placings.
  1. Bonnie Blue Flag
  2. Roney
  3. Emily Moon
