Listed winner in France, where he was also placed in a Group 3 over 1m7f. Didn't show much for this yard last season but his mark has slipped as a result. Handles testing conditions and talented rider takes off a handy 5lbs.
Listed scorer who won twice on very soft ground in France (both 1m3f). Reappearance effort was poor when last of 16 at Ripon (1m1f, soft). Dropped another 5lbs so thrown in on old form but needs a revival.
Very consistent season in 2017 that culminated in a win at Gowran Park (1m1f, heavy). Yard does well with recruits from elsewhere so market check should be noted. Step up in trip.
Had a good season last year and has shaped on several occasions like this trip could really suit. Disappointing effort on heavy ground at Haydock in September is a slight concern, but had a busy campaign and could well bounce back.
Previous C&D winner who was disappointing at Newbury last time having led. Has dropped below his last winning mark as a result and easy to make a case for him to bounce back.
Twice a winner over 1m6f last year in testing conditions with the last win coming off a 5lb lower mark he's been in good form over hurdles of late. Failed to complete his hat-trick in that sphere last time but still respected; conditions to suit.
Won on handicap debut at Sandown in August off a mark of 75. Couldn't back that up at Nottingham next time but has been given a winter off and although yards runners have tended to need the run, they had a few winners on Friday. Lots of potential.
Average maiden winner who has struggled to bother the judge in a couple of AW novice events this year. Step up to this trip could well suit on handicap debut but needs to take a big step forward.

Precision (9/4), Moabit (5/2), Champagne Champ (4/1), Stanley (5/1), Mistress Quickly (6/1), World War (11/1), Cleonte (14/1), Summer Name (20/1), Medrano (40/1)
Moabit is a consistent dual purpose performer and is sure to give his running. Stanley has shaped like this step up in trip could well suit but slight preference is for PRECISION. The yards horses have tended to need a run so far this year but they had a couple of impressive winners on Friday and they maybe starting to click. He looks a potentially well handicapped horse ahead of his four-year-old campaign.
