Good AW record which he improved with victories at this track and Lingfield in February. Not so effective off this higher rating last time, but did not get the run of the race before finishing well. Respected.
Wide-margin winner at Newmarket in July and confirmed his liking for that venue when second of 14 nine days ago. Only previous run on the AW was on the Southwell Fibresand and he failed to fire so hard to know what to expect in first-time blinkers.
Two wins over C&D before completing the hat-trick at Kempton in January. Has been running creditably off higher marks since and she cannot be ruled out on her return to a venue she clearly likes.
Capable handicapper at his best, but has been cut little slack by the handicapper and has been running well without threatening to get his head in front. Still looks a shade too high in the weights.
Won five times, but only once on the AW, when trained by Richard Hannon. Good effort on latest of two starts for this trainer over 6f at Newmarket recently and that effort puts him firmly in the mix off 2lb higher.
Stable companion of Suzi's Connoisseur who rounded off last season with victory at Newmarket. Up 4lb, which is fair, but has to prove his effectiveness on the AW.
C&D winner who has returned to form on latest outings at Wolverhampton and Newcastle. Those efforts give him solid each-way claims.
Irish challenger who returned from a break to run well at Dundalk last time. Competes off the same mark and is well worth keeping an eye on in the betting.

Plenty of chances in a competitive handicap, but it would be no surprise to see ELJADDAAF defy top weight. His latest run is best forgotten and he would have strong claims on his two earlier successes. A host of dangers are headed by Lucymai and Ower Fly, and any market move for Irish raider Atlas would be significant. Welliesinthewater and the blinkered Love Dreams are others to consider.
