BEARS RAILS handicap mark has plummeted due to a number of moderate efforts this season but the better ground forecast today can see him take advantage of a mark that is now 14lb lower than when finishing runner-up at Plumpton earlier this season. Guerilla Tactics may well have been chasing a four-timer but for falling two from home here recently while the mare Shanann Star can finish third following her good effort over slightly further here earlier this month.
