Very heavily backed on his return to action making his handicap debut off what looked to be a lenient opening mark. Disappointed badly though finding very little under pressure and hard to blame the conditions having handled them before; more needed.
Closely related to winners at up to 1m2f with the dam a juvenile winner at up to 6f. Hooded for debut and will be of interest if the market speaks for him.
Debutante whose dam was a 6f juvenile winner and is a half-brother to a couple of minor winners in America. Yard not usually associated with winners of this type and may be best watched for now.
Wasn't cheap as a foal (cost €50,000) and although his price almost halved as a yearling he still cost enough. Half-brother to a winner at up to a mile in Harlequin Striker but may just need this experience.
Given a break after his initial starts he showed even more promise on his return at Musselburgh on heavy ground over 7f catching the eye with a strong finish. His one quirk of starting slowly needs watching as that can put him on the back foot.
Well backed on his debut over 7f on Fibresand he showed very little there going with little enthusiasm. Returned to the same track he showed even less running too freely and has plenty to prove now switched to turf.
Made the frame on all his starts so far and looks as though there may be a little more to come. Yard have been known to score with one of this type and he's worthy of respect on his outings so far.
Cost just €5,000 as a yearling his dam is an unraced half-sister to the very smart winner at up to a mile Arakan. One of a couple that the yard run in this and may well need the run.
Given a couple of starts already she was a little slow away when 4th last time on the AW having started at 100/1. May find some improvement but more likely to be at home in handicaps once she has a mark.
50/1 chance on debut and offered little on her debut over 7f at Newcastle running far too freely and finishing well held. More needed here and makes little appeal.

Forecasts
Ayutthaya (5/4), Chief Justice (5/2), Rare Groove (4/1), Airglow (10/1), Changing Minds (20/1), Langho (20/1), Jenoow (50/1), Symposing (50/1), Austellus (50/1), Benaras (66/1), New Britain (100/1)
The ones with the best form here Ayutthaya and CHIEF JUSTICE have both been known to have their quirks and the former was very disappointing last time out (found little under pressure) and the latter needs to avoid blowing the start again. First-time cheekpieces may help in that direction with Rare Groove another who can get involved here having run with promise last year. Of the newcomers Changing Minds may be the pick with better expected from Benaras once she attains a handicap mark.
- Chief Justice
- Rare Groove
- Ayutthaya
