There is a suspicion that this race may be dominated by SANDRA'S SECRET, with the only other confirmed front-runner, Taverner, having been below his best of late. Although she is 3lb higher than her last winning mark she is holding her form well. Buccaneers Vault hinted that he might be coming to a peak with a good effort after a winter break last time and can make a race of it, while Bernie's Boy has had a fine winter campaign and despite shooting up the handicap a bold show cannot be ruled out.
