Speedily bred sort who looked in need of the run when a 10/1 chance in the Brocklesby (will have benefitted from the experience). One of only two in the field to have had a run and now tries Fibresand for the first time.
Equiano debutante from a yard that are 0/18 with their juveniles in the past five years. Sire doesn't have the greatest record on this surface and he's best watched this time around.
Looks to be quite stoutly bred on the dam's side of his pedigree as she was a 2m winner with other staying relations prevalent in the pedigree. Yard have had a few juvenile winners but this might prove a sharp test on debut.
Yard have a good strike-rate here and this Heeraat colt has some Fibresand relations within his pedigree (half-brother to a Fibresand winner). Cost €20,000 as yearling and looks sharp enough to do himself justice on his Fibresand debut.
First foal of an unraced half-sister to a useful winner at up to 1m in Charm Appeal. Comes from a yard that do well with their two-year-olds although this surface will be an unknown on his debut.
The other runner in the field who has had an outing and showed good speed in the Brocklesby at Doncaster when an unconsidered 66/1 chance. Entitled to be a little sharper for that outing and may progress although the surface is an unknown.
Makes quite a bit of appeal on pedigree and the yard are not unknown for their winners around here. Dam was a juvenile winner over sprint trips and a market watch is advised.

Experience is in short supply here and that same commodity is non-existent on the surface with none of this field having experienced this unique test. Of the two that have run Haats Off looks to have the most improvement in her having shown some good speed on her debut and she may be able to put that to good use. Karl Burke has a good record here and usually has some sharp juveniles and his MAJESTIC APPEAL should be able to himself justice on his debut. Richard Fahey is another trainer who is always to be respected with his youngsters so his Mr Buttons should be respected along with North Korea. He has an appealing pedigree and any market moves should be noted for this one.
