The Lion Dancer looks set to be a short price here having scored by a wide margin over C&D last month. He was off the bridle and under pressure an awful long way from home in that contest and, while he stayed on well, things essentially fell apart in front of him. He's up 8lb now and, on balance, is opposable. King Cool is dropping down the ratings and gets new headgear that might improve his fortunes while Two Hoots is also slipping down the weights and may figure over this longer trip. A chance is taking on FEARSOME FRED, who has fair form over hurdles without winning and should stay this trip. In a modest bunch, he could make a winning start in this sphere.
