Fair to say she's not set the world alight thus far, but she did make the frame (beaten 2L) at Lingfield in September; 7+f. Ridden by an in-form pilot, but this filly has stamina to prove on her first start beyond 1m.
Strong at the finish when winning a 1m+ Cork maiden in October 2016, but barren thereafter and knocked down for 31,000 gns in November 2017. No show on hurdles/stable debut, but more like it on the AW since.
Cost 80,000 gns as a yearling and gradually appears to be belatedly putting it altogether now with a couple of placed efforts on the AW at Kempton in October (1m3f-1m4f). More to offer now switched back to turf.
Hard to win with on the whole, but did manage to get his head in front at Wolverhampton in late February (1m1f+) when beating Paddy A by ¾L. Tailed off on sole previous Doncaster start (1m4f).
Halted a steady decline when springing a 25/1 shock at Catterick in October (1m4f good to soft), but didn't get home next time in a Saint Cloud claimer. Hard to know exactly what to make of her ability wise.
Kicked around in sellers and claimers for Richard Hannon at the back-end of the turf season (1m2f Leicester winner in October), but has cut little ice in a couple of AW starts for this trainer. Entered over hurdles recently (abandoned).
Tried various pieces of headgear lately and arrives seeking a hat-trick following 1m AW victories at Chelmsford and Southwell (awarded the race at Chelmsford). His latest 'victim' Raakid won well on Thursday, so obvious claims if staying this trip.
Unlikely that we've seen the best of her just yet after eight career starts. Decisively accounted for 15 other rivals over this trip at Beverley in September (soft), and rates as more than capable from this adjusted mark of 66.
Caught close home by Henpecked at Newcastle in February (1m2f), but has ducked out of a couple of subsequent winning opportunities and remains a maiden after 13 attempts. 6lb lower than for her last turf start in August 2017.
Boasts plenty of placed form on turf, but is win-less after 15 starts. Had wind surgery over the winter, and this is his first experience of racing on grass since. Ground fine and seemingly okay trip wise.
A winner over this trip at Bath (good) on his last start on grass in August 2017. 7lb higher here, but running with credit on the AW lately against the winning machine King Kevin. 1 from 27 overall and just a little to prove on soft ground.
Front running AW performer (12 from 84) who has already notched three 1m2f victories in 2018, including in an incredible race at Newcastle in February. Posted a modest effort at Wolverhampton on Thursday and sharper on quick ground on grass.

Forecasts
Stormingin (9/4), Abel Tasman (5/1), Golconda Prince (7/1), Decima (8/1), Akkadian Empire (10/1), Tagur (10/1), Boycie (12/1), Rita's Man (16/1), Windsorlot (16/1), Iconic Belle (20/1), Outlaw Torn (25/1), Riviere Argentee (25/1), Highway One (25/1)
2017 winner Boycie heads the weights and is generally solid during the spring months, whilst the in-from Tagur arrives seeking the hat-trick following successive 1m AW victories at Chelmsford and Southwell. He wasn't stopping on the latter occasion, so should handle this step up in trip with that form franked by the runner up Raakid scoring at Wolverhampton on Thursday. However, both Abel Tasman (Ed Walker) and DECIMA (Mick Easterby) are less exposed and potentially well treated. The selection didn't have the run of the race when finishing third at Redcar in October and nothing would give her veteran trainer more pleasure than an opening day winner on Town Moor.
- Decima
- Abel Tasman
- Stormingin
