Scored his only victory here over this trip in a maiden and has shown the odd flash of being better than his mark in handicaps. Mostly seen on the Fibresand at Southwell of late and now takes his first step into this lowly grade.
Started life with Jeremy Noseda (ran in two maidens for that yard) before joining his current yard. Held-up and raced freely on her handicap debut last time out and quickly dropped 4lb having shown only modest form.
Twice a C&D winner now after winning in his last start off a 3lb lower mark under an amateur rider with the usual headgear left off. That ended a very long losing run and given his overall profile he's no banker to follow up here even in this bottom grade.
Not won a race since 2016 and hardly looked as though he was going to put that right in four runs this year. Tried over 7f last time with blinkers on for the first time (retained here) and more needed than he's shown of late.
Still a maiden and not the easiest horse to predict but was a little unlucky not to record his first win last time out (travelled well; not clear run). Runs off the same mark here and a repeat of that run would be good enough to go close again.
Only win to date came in a soft ground Brighton maiden back in 2015. Showed some promise on his comeback from a break last summer in a Gowran Park 7f handicap but failed to build on that next time out over the same trip (well backed); worth watching in the market.
Ran just about as she ever has when finishing 3rd on her penultimate start over 6f here off a 1lb lower mark. Appeared to confirm that form when going one place better last time out over 7f at Newcastle and a repeat of those two runs would see her in the mix.
Benefitted from a positive ride when taking a Lingfield 6f handicap off a basement mark and appears well suited by that track. Well below that sort of form on her two previous runs here her last run suggested that even a small rise in the weights was difficult to overcome.
An overall record of 0/21 doesn't really inspire although he has run a couple of decent races over 6f at Kempton recently. Ran no sort of race at all last time out at the same venue and not easy to recommend here.
Has looked fairly limited in all her runs so far and that includes two AW handicaps at Kempton over longer trips than she faces her. Drops 4f in trip from her last run (raced freely) and others are far more convincing.
Much improved for the switch to Fibresand and handicaps last time out that combination providing the catalyst for a 2nd (dead-heat) to one who also took a step forward for that surface. If she can repeat that run on a very different surface she is of interest.
Took a step forward when last seen in September running up to her best over 5f here (travelled well) in a race that panned out well for her. Needs to overcome an absence and a longer trip but worth a market check.
There have been glimmers of hope and ability in seven races for this yard and he looks as though he is best at 5f. Disappointed last time on the back of a decent run on his previous start and his inconsistency is a worry.

Hard to get excited about this as a betting heat with so many serial maidens in the field and a lot of these find winning hard. High Anxiety took a step forward last time out but that was in a different surface and she has to prove that she can replicate that form on Tapeta. Ambitious Boy at least won last time out but he’s not certain to be in the same form this time around. Jan Steen is worth watching in the market along with Digital Revolution and Jessie Allan isn’t out of this. The vote goes to SNOW EXCUSE though – he’s not the most consistent but a repeat of his last run would be good enough and he’s entitled to go close.
