The selection was a winner (in blinkers) when upped to this trip at Chelmsford last month, beating the Charlie Appleby trained (Godolphin owned) Tabernas by half a length. Godolphin seek their revenge here with Native Appeal, who shouldn't be knocked despite being beaten at short odds the past twice. He should stay this 1m2f trip, and was unlucky in running latest, but the narrow vote nevertheless goes to the Gosden trained representative.
