Has a nice pedigree and showed some good form in bumpers winning a mares' event at Bangor. Gradually improved over hurdles and took a novice at Ludlow last time out. Kept on well over further last time out but likely to progress further despite having to give weight away to all here.

Fell on her hurdling debut at Ludlow when relatively well fancied in the market she's had some wind surgery since that run. Expected to do better here coming from a powerful yard although she'll need to jump better on her second run over hurdles.

Third on her completed start in point-to-points it's hard to be too enthusiastic over her bumper/hurdles form and he looks sure to start a big price again.
Has her first run under Rules for a powerful yard having had four runs in point-to-points although didn't manage to win in that sphere. Has to be worthy a market check given her connections.

In a hood for her last two starts she's yet to really show anything having had four runs in bumpers/hurdles. Hard to recommend on what she has shown so far.
Won by 2L on her only run in point-to-points last April and showed some ability when 4th on her Rules debut over hurdles. Shaped as though she needed the run then and had another break since then but worth a second looks on her one run so far.

A useful bumper performer (won at Listed level) she has continued to progress over hurdles although she has yet to win in this sphere although she has had some tough tasks. Should be suited by further but has a chance on her form so far to open her hurdles account here.
Down the field in bumpers when with Hugo Fround she has shown a little to work on since joining this yard although her jumping needs so work. Looks the type for the longer term though and with handicaps more in mind.

Formerly with Henry Oliver (showed promise on bumper debut) she's shaped like a stayer over hurdles for her current yard. Didn't improve from her hurdles debut last time (reported to have bled) and best watched for now.

Age: 6|  Weight: 10-12| J: Kevin Jones(5)| T: J W MullinsWS
100/1
Has shown only limited promise over hurdles although she did shape with some promise last time out in a decent Newbury novice hurdle. Has had some wind surgery since and not a forlorn hope here although handicaps will see her in a better light.

Forecasts

Big Robin (11/10), Oscar Rose (4/1), Chilli Filli (4/1), Festival Dawn (8/1), Longhousesignora (11/1), Tequila Secret (16/1), Solstice Twilight (25/1), Gloi (50/1), Eddies Pearl (50/1), Westerberry (100/1)

Verdict

Not a particularly deep race and this gives the good bumper horse OSCAR ROSE a chance of getting off the mark over hurdles and she could well put her experience to good use. Chilli Filli may not be totally suited by dropping back in trip here from her win last time out giving a penalty away. Big Robin has to be respected after some wind surgery and from a powerful yard although she will need to jump better than she did last time out. Westerberry is worth watching in the market and keeping in mind for handicaps along with Longhousesignora.
  1. Oscar Rose
  2. Big Robin
  3. Chilli Filli
