Only a small field go to post but this is an intriguing contest nonetheless and although RAMSES DE TEILLEE has a little to find with Elegant Escape on the official ratings at the weights his enthusiasm and his jumping prowess may hold sway here. Elegant Escape does have some good form to his name but he looked a little fortunate to get a place last time out. Pobbles Bay ran a much better race than his final placing suggests in the Welsh Grand National and he’ll appreciate this trip more than that stamina test and is one to look out for back in handicaps.
