Debut winner at Punchestown (yielding-to-soft) in October and ran well to finish runner-up in a Listed mares bumper at Navan (soft-to-heavy) subsequently. One for the shortlist today.

Likely to have finished behind Colreevy in a point-to-point on debut and successful at the first time of asking under rules at Ballinrobe (yielding-to-soft) in August. Leading jockey booked to ride today.

Justified favouritism when making a winning debut on soft-to-heavy ground at Punchestown last month. Worth a check in the market stepping up in grade today.
Finished a well beaten sixth behind Lady Ischia at Naas (soft-to-heavy) on debut back in November. Likely to struggle in this contest.
Signs of promise in two point-to-point starts including when registering her first completion in that sphere when second at Borris House (heavy) in December. Wears a hood for today's rules debut.
Placed on good ground at Limerick on debut in July. Struggled behind Getaway Katie Mai subsequently and more needed today.
Placed once from five starts so far and finished a well beaten fifth to Colreevy at Fairyhouse last timeout. Others make more appeal.

Unraced daughter of Yeats purchased for €52,000 at the sales as a three-year-old. Half-sister to the useful Tombstone and represents a leading stable on her racecourse debut.

Signs of ability when finishing fifth of seven on her debut at Naas (soft-to-heavy) last month. Much more needed stepping up markedly in grade today.

Forecasts

Colreevy (5/6), Cordovan Brown (3/1), Getaway Katie Mai (8/1), Tintangle (12/1), Motown Girl (12/1), Lady Ischia (14/1), Relegate (16/1), The Princetonian (40/1), Chisholm Trail (50/1), Fiveaftermidnight (66/1), Hazy Shadow (66/1), Welsh Pearl (80/1)

Verdict

COLREEVY can maintain her unbeaten record under rules by claiming this Grade 2 mares bumper. The selection made a winning debut at Fairyhouse in December and with similar underfoot conditions forecast today she can take this at the chief expense of Getaway Katie Mai who has the assistance of leading jockey Nina Carberry today and had a couple of today's rivals in behind when winning at Ballinrobe in August. Cordovan Blue, placed in a Listed bumper last time out can finish third on this occasion.
  1. Colreevy
  2. Getaway Katie Mai
  3. Cordovan Brown
