Won a novices' hurdle (soft) over the equivalent trip here last year. Has run to at least that level of form in three chases. 18L fourth in Listed company at Doncaster (2m4½f, soft) last month. Can go close if cheekpieces add an extra something.
Has made a marginally better chaser than hurdler and scored here over C&D (soft) last year from a 5lb lower mark. Matched that when beaten ¾L at Wetherby on her reappearance and should be very competitive despite 1lb upward nudge.
6lb worse off with Milly Baloo for beating her ¾L at Wetherby last time out. That was comfortably her best effort in three chase starts, so going in a positive direction again, but will need improvement if she is to successfully follow up.
2lb lower than when recording her last win at Uttoxeter (2m6½f, heavy) in January last year and went close from this mark back at that track (2m4f) last time. Three best chase runs have all been there but not ruled out if she can transfer that here.
Milly Baloo knows her way around here and should be capable of finishing ahead of her Wetherby conqueror Sheneededtherun on these revised terms, though both may find SAME CIRCUS a bit too good in the first-time cheekpieces. Timon's Tara could also be a threat if she can bring her Uttoxeter form up the A1.
