Made a good impression when winning a bumper on debut at Plumpton, but could not back that up next time at Worcester. No easy task giving weight all round, but may improve for the fitting of a hood.
Promise on first start behind the very useful Cap Soleil at Newbury, but was off the track for almost a year and making her debut for this stable when well beaten at Huntingdon in November. Best watched until showing more.
Shirocco mare who fetched €65,000 as a three-year-old and is a half-sister to three winners, including Champion Hurdler Punjabi. Stable enjoying a good spell and she is certainly one to note in the betting.
Well held on debut at Stratford, but shaped better when not beaten far on this surface last month. In the mix if taking another step forward.
Beaten a long way on debut at Aintree before showing a fair degree of promise over C&D when last seen in November. Seems to be going the right way and can get involved.
Daughter of Scorpion who cost only €4,200 as a yearling and is a half-sister to three winners over hurdles. One to keep an eye on if the market speaks in her favour.
Had Much Too Much behind when third over C&D on debut, but failed to build on that when tailed off at Huntingdon on Boxing Day. May do better returned to this surface.
Paco Boy filly who is a half-sister to six winners including Barizan and Baradari. Failed to land a blow on debut at Wetherby, but may improve with that experience under her belt.
Plenty of promise to be placed on both starts in Wetherby bumpers. First attempt on an AW surface and can make her presence felt if taking to it.
Forecasts
Fforbidden Love (2/1), No No Juliet (9/2), El Deguello (9/2), Misty Bloom (6/1), Oborne Lady (8/1), Much Too Much (10/1), Behranell (16/1), Madam Anna (20/1), Dubai Dirham (25/1)
Oborne Lady holds Much Too Much on C&D form, but the latter is improving and may take her revenge. Madam Ana looked good on her debut and would be a threat if returning to that level of form, while Misty Bloom and Fforbidden Love have shown enough to suggest they can win a small race. However, this may go to a newcomer in the shape of EL DEGUELLO, who certainly catches the eye on pedigree and may be good enough to take care of rivals who boast only ordinary form. No No Juliet is another debutant to note.
- El Deguello
- Much Too Much
- Fforbidden Love
