Ran well on his only previous run over C&D and holds sound place claims on that piece of form. Latest start not so encouraging, however, and the gelding now has a bit to prove.
Consistent of late but finding it difficult to shake off the maiden tag. Still, he's not done much wrong in defeat and need only run to form to snatch at least a place in the frame once more.
Dual winner on the AW at Southwell but not so effective in two starts at this track. Also not particularly well handicapped even though his rider takes 7lb off with her claim.
On a handy mark and comes in to this on the back of a sound effort over C&D earlier this month. More patient tactics could help him get home this time around, so definitly one to monitor closely in the betting.
Dual C&D winner but has been below par for a little while looks vulnerable from his current mark. Others more convincing of late.
Just four starts into her career but yet to really catch the imagination. Possible the switch to the AW will revive her fortunes but a leap of faith is still required.
Debuts on the AW and will sport a visor for the first time. Form over hurdles has been modest at best and now has plenty to prove back on the Flat.
Won here seven times - four over C&D - and has thirved on being kept busy lately. Difficult to rule out in his current frame of mind and has to be a contender from a very handy looking mark.
In good heart since joining her current yard and positive that the mare handles this course well. The step up in trip is in her favour this evening but she can be a bit of a handful and would never be one to trust implicitly.

This may be a good opportunity for BERLUSCA to gain his eight course success, as the gelding is on a very attractive mark for one that has held his form so well. Wonderfillo is a consistent type that has done very little wrong of late, so also merits respect, while Anif and Bell Heather are others with place claims at least and have to merit a check in the betting at least.
