Poor effort over 7f at Newcastle last time but had shown up well to finish fourth on his debut for this yard over 1m previously. Merits some respect on that but it's 21 starts without a win now.
Very modest efforts as a juvenile and has shown little sign of improvement this season, though glimmers of improvement when fourth over 7f at Kempton last time. Others still preferred.
Glimpses of promise on his debut for Simon Crisford over 7f here in January but wasn't seen out again until struggling at long odds for this yard last month. Looks one for handicaps.
Captain Gerrard filly. Half-sister to some moderate winners at around this trip. Cost just £1,000 as a yearling and a hood hardly inspires confidence on her debut.
Yet to get off the mark in 11 attempts so far, though showed up well to finish third over a longer trip here last time out. Best opportunity to date and has to go on any shortlist.
Maiden after six starts. Well beaten on her handicap debut over 1m2f at Chelmsford before struggling at 150/1 odds in a claimer here last time out. Hard to get excited about.
A half-sister to three winners, most notably the very useful Blond Me. Noted staying on well when fourth of 10 over 1m at Windsor first time out and, with improvement likely, could prove a cut above.
Well held in all four maidens up to an extended 7f and it has been a similar story in a couple of sprint handicaps. Likely to find at least a couple too good.

A poor finale which shapes as a straight shoot-out between Joys Delight and MY BRUNETTE. The former's creditable third place effort in a handicap here last time probably sets the standard but the latter showed plenty of promise in a stronger Windsor maiden on her debut and it would be disappointing if she didn't derive sufficient improvement to oblige in this company. Polkadot Princess looks the pick of a very modest remainder..
