Last three starts on turf have been disappointing, but record on the AW before that was impressive and included two wins over C&D. Has to contend with a higher mark, but has fair prospects under his claimer.
Six wins from 26 starts on the AW and bounced back to winning form on turf over 2m at Newmarket last time. No reason why he should not be competitive on his return to a C&D over which he has won.
Last success came in a C&D handicap just over a year ago. Not the same force since and connections reach for blinkers in a bid to stage a revival.
Winning hurdler who made a successful Flat debut when landing a C&D maiden last month. Second on his return to the track for a handicap and is 2lb higher. Likely to give it his best shot again.
Both wins have come over 1m2f on the AW. Has her first run at this track and needs to prove she has the stamina for this extra distance.
Successful AW camaigner in Ireland for Joseph O'Brien, but has not been at his best since joining current stable. Questions to answer at this stage.
Progressive filly who has won three of her five starts on the AW, including at this track in an amateur riders' race last time. Up another 4lb, but should remain competitive.
Won over 7f on debut for Simon Crisford, and has generally run well since, including last time over C&D on first start for current trainer. Down 2lb and, as he is still lightly raced, there is scope for improvement.
Better record on turf than the AW, but it is still early days for him and he did run well in a maiden at this track in March. Up 4lb after finishing second at Leicester last time and his top jockey keeps the ride over this longer trip.
Only win so far came in a maiden at Redcar, but he did run well to be second in a 1m4f handicap at Thirsk in August, Probably best watched on his first venture on to the AW with blinkers fitted for the first time.
Won a 1m1f handicap at Sandown when trained by Ben De Haan and now tries her luck for a new trainer. Interesting to see what she can do off a fair handicap mark over this longer trip.

Snowy Winter is on a roll, but only just lasted home for her latest win and is up another 4lb. The suggestion, then, is top-weight LANGLAUF, who has an impressive record on the AW and may well be revitalised by the return to a synthetic surface. Sunblazer is likely to be thereabouts again, while others to run the rule over are Isaac Bell, Yamarhaba Malayeen, Entangling and Kath's Legacy.
