Verdict

There are few of these who look particularly well-handicapped but Clondaw Bisto is dropping in the weights and his lack of pace should see him appreciate this trip on a track placing less demands on speed. Trans Express was impressive when gaining a second course success last month. His best form has come over considerably shorter and there has been little to show he is ready for this longer trip. Present Times and Midnight Request are winners of their latest starts with the former looking the better treated if fit for his return. FORGETTHESMALLTALK was not far behind Midnight Request when noted putting in his best work at the finish and having allowed that rival first run on him. Alan King's charge has scope to improve and win races this winter and this looks a good place to start.
