Unraced Ballingarry gelding purchased for £34,000 as a three-year-old in May last year. Half-brother to a couple of useful performers in France and one to note on his racecourse debut.
Unraced son of Kayf Tara bought for €70,000 as a three-year-old last year. Dam was a winner on the Flat and interesting to see how he fares on debut.

Finished a well beaten last of seven when making his debut in a 2m bumper at Warwick (good) in May. Probably best watched on this occasion.
Unraced Presenting gelding bought for £65,000 at the sales in January. Dam is a bumper winning half-sister to a couple of classy stayers and he represents a leading stable on debut.
Unraced son of Stowaway cost £24,000 at the sales last year. Half-brother to multiple winner Bryden Boy and worth a check in the market on his racecourse debut.

Unraced Rainbow High six-year-old out of multiple Flat winner Philatelic Lady. Likely to find a few too good on today's racecourse debut.

Made a good impression when making a winning debut in an Irish point-to-point on good ground in April. Subsequently purchased for £60,000 and one to note on his debut under rules.

Ran well when finishing 1L third in a six runner point-to-point on his debut in that sphere in March last year. Unraced since and interesting to see how he fares on his debut for this yard.

Shaped with plenty of promise when finishing runner-up in a 2m bumper at Chepstow (good) on his racecourse debut last month. One for the shortlist in this contest.
Held in two bumpers for Hugo Froud earlier this year. Making her debut for a new yard but needs to step up on what she's shown so far if she's to register a victory today.

Forecasts

Caribert (7/4), The Russian Doyen (9/4), Hideaway Vic (4/1), Earth Leader (15/2), Celtic Joy (14/1), Peterborough (14/1), Pull Together (33/1), Solstice Twilight (40/1), Diminpete (50/1), Indigo Stamp (100/1)

Verdict

PETERBOROUGH was the winner of a point-to-point on debut and the half-brother to an 18 time winner in France can make a winning debut under rules in this concluding bumper. Trainer Evan Williams has been in the winners of late (2/10) and he is taken to defeat The Russian Doyen who ran well when making his debut at Chepstow last month. Earth Leader represents leading connections and can claim third ahead of Caribert on his debut.
  1. Peterborough
  2. The Russian Doyen
  3. Earth Leader
