His win over the useful Lalor stands head and shoulders above what most of these have achieved so far and it's probably best to forgive his Aintree effort where he pulled too hard. If repeating the Wincanton effort he must go close. The Last Day represents a yard that do well here and looks likely to progress this season. He can prove the main danger. Vado Forte needs a look in the market, with Tom Lacey having a 25/1 maiden hurdle winner at the last meeting.
