Makes his yard/fencing debut having shown very little form under Rules or in point-to-points and faces a very stiff task here.
First run for this yard having shown some useful novice hurdle form last year for his former yard. Could hardly have been found a better/easier opportunity on his chase debut.
Hurdles winner last year and ran with credit after that although he did flatter to deceive on a few occasions. Yard do well with their chasers although this looks a tough start for him.
The tally now stands at 63 chase starts without a win and he would be a surprise winner in this and would need to benefit from others mishaps.
