Has shown fairly limited ability in three starts, all over 7f, sports first-time blinkers over this shorter journey but looks destined for nurseries soon enough.
Improved on second start to be close third of 11 over this C&D 16 days ago, similar jump forward now would give him great chance to open his account.
Monsieur Bond gelding is a brother to 1m/1m1f winner Billy Bond and represents leading trainer / jockey combo on debut, worth market check.
Zebedee colt took a marked step forward on recent return from a break when just denied over this trip at Windsor on this outing. Sets the standard ahead of switch to AW on that evidence.
Foxwedge gelding by Coffee Cup (a 7f juvenile selling winner). Cost just 2,000 gns as a foal, and doesn't appear as a likely major player having been well beaten at York on debut last month after going off 50/1.
Major Cadeaux gelding who cost 4,000 gns as a yearling and is a half-brother to several winners. Market will be a useful guide to expectations.
Swiss Spirit gelding has already displayed good promise, runner-up in three of four starts and no reason not to suspect he'll make his breakthrough soon. High on the shortlist.
Sayif filly is a half-sister to several winners, including two-year-old winner Tongue Twista. Yard don't have strong record with juveniles (1-28 in 2017).
Well fended off at Catterick (5f, good to firm) in June on only previous outing, owner/trainer is 0-10 with two-year-olds this year and stiff task again seemingly.
Swiss Spirit filly had no luck over longer trips in either run so far, latest being a 6¼L defeat here over 7f a fortnight ago. Has to improve markedly to get involved.

GLOBAL TANGO looked an improved performer off a break when he was just denied at Windsor last month. He showed a good turn of foot there and should have more to offer again now switched to the AW. Manthoor cannot be dismissed too quickly, having finished second three times in four starts already. He's done little wrong and will surely make his mark sooner rather than later. Enzo's Lad improved over C&D recently on what was just a second start and has scope for more while Furzig is a potentially interesting newcomer worth keeping an eye on.
