Never appreciated soft ground so last run should be ignored, poor as it was. Close third here previously a better effort but trip this far not encountered since 2014.

Found considerably higher AW mark problematic here last twice and 1lb ease not enough to suggest much change for a yard out of form.

Former French trained filly won on her Irish debut here before a fair second. Not gone as well last twice and this longer trip for first time not one she has exactly been crying out for.

Showed signs of a revival last time out when third at Navan albeit well beaten under a very aggressive ride. Dangerously well handicapped now and good record here so must be respected.

Struggled in three races here late last year and uninspiring over hurdles since. Hard to be confident at present.

Well beaten off top weight here last month and remains an unappealing 5lb higher than lone winning mark over a year ago.

Good second in lone start here over 2m back in February. Well beaten next time after layoff at Galway and now down in trip after yet another break. This could be a sharpener before he goes back over hurdles.

Won a small race over 1m2½f in France before transfer to current yard for which he has shown little in three hurdle races. Hard to gauge but enough evidence to merit leaving him out of calculations.

Winning hurdler competitive off higher marks several times in summer. Looks well treated and will be plenty fit enough. Top jockey booking an idea of expectations.

Well bred Aga Khan filly who won with plenty in hand on AW debut latest over 1m2½f. Stout pedigree suggests extra distance to advantage and clearly open to improvement on handicap debut.

Fine record here including a win over the distance. Since won over 2m and latest run over C&D suggested this may now be sharp enough for him and that the worry.

Age: 7|  Weight: 8-11| J: A J Slattery(10)| T: A Slattery| OR:  77| CD

Highly experienced gelding of 85 wins who has won seven times here. Competitive without success off today's mark in summer before pulled up over hurdles. Bit to prove now after layoff.

Close fourth here in September followed by poor runs over hurdles and on unsuitably soft ground. Back with favoured conditions he will give a better show.

Verdict

The unexposed daughter of Sea The Stars MUNIZA was impressive here last time and her opening handicap mark looks fair particularly with this extra distance expected to be even more to her liking. At the other end of the age scale Here For The Craic is attractively handicapped based on recent flat form and he is feared. Also entering calculations is Ringside Humour who on the pick of her form is very well treated.

  3. Ringside Humour
